Our group classes are designed to be small, so the practice can be adapted to each individual.  This allows me to meet you where you are in your practice each time you step onto your yoga mat.

Cost & what to bring

Classes are only $10 to drop in or buy a 10 class pack for $80.  Mats, water, & towels are provided.  Wear something comfortable.
