            Online Restorative Training (15 Hours Yoga Alliance CEU's)                           


Restorative Yoga is an effective method for relaxing the body and quieting the mind. It is a wonderful tool for stress reduction and is available to anyone. Learn to move from doing to being through long held supported poses. Passive supported postures will allow you to open and release tension in the body without muscular effort. Dive deeper into relaxation and learn to soothe your nervous system.

  • Science of the Relaxation Response theory
  • Anatomy of the nervous system 
  • Observing bodies and making skillful propping decisions
  • How to use props creatively and work with what you have on hand
  • Foundations for building a restorative practice for private clients and group classes
  • How to teach and practice restorative yoga
