Looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga, improve your fitness experience or recovering from an injury/illness?  In its early days, the practice was passed down from one teacher to one student, and instruction was individualized.  Private Sessions are customized to each individual based on specific evaluation and assessment. Postures are modified as necessary and tailored to individual needs and physical capabilities.
