Online Chair Yoga Training (15 hours Yoga Alliance CEU's)         


Chairs are one of the most essential props we can integrate into our yoga practice. They can be used for relaxation, to strengthen our bodies without placing pressure on the joints or to create traction in the spine. I have used chairs in my vinyasa classes, restorative classes and for my Multiple Sclerosis sessions. Props, especially chairs, are typically misinterpreted as something that is used if you aren't flexible or strong. Quite the opposite, they can open up new avenues in our practice.  After 21 years of practicing Downward Facing Dogs, my favorite version is using a chair.  If you would like more insight into utilizing a chair for your personal practice or to bring more options to your students, join me for this training.
